Rosilita Jn-Pierre, RN, BScN, MHA, CHE
Rosilita Jn-Pierre is a healthcare leader based in Fort McMurray, Alberta, and a devoted mother of two daughters. She currently serves as a Manager of Addiction and Mental Health with Alberta Health Services. With over 15 years of experience across clinical and tertiary healthcare settings in Quebec, Ontario, and Alberta, Rosilita brings a wealth of knowledge and a decade of leadership expertise to her role.
She earned her Bachelor of Nursing (Integrated) from McGill University’s Ingram School of Nursing in 2012, followed by a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Ottawa. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Management Information Systems from Concordia University in Montreal. Her key areas of professional interest include change management, program evaluation, accreditation, quality improvement, and research.
Rosilita is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including the University of Ottawa MHA Health Leadership and Michel Lalonde Scholarships, as well as the Holly M. Donohoe Scholarship.
Passionate about advocacy and community service, Rosilita dedicates her spare time to volunteering on local, provincial, and national committees. She actively supports initiatives that aid newcomers, individuals affected by intimate partner violence, and organizations working with youth. Her commitment to giving back is rooted in a strong belief in equity, inclusion, and the power of community collaboration.
