What Is Nutrition & Fitness at ACTS?
At ACTS, nutrition and exercise sit at the core of real wellness. Movement and balanced eating support everyday energy, mood, and focus while reducing the risk of several common health issues. We focus on making wellness feel accessible to the communities we work with, not distant or complicated. When people are supported in building healthier habits, it reflects in how they manage stress, handle boredom, and connect with others. Our in-house Nutritionist & Fitness Instructor are ready to provide support with goal setting including facilitating community exercise groups for the communities we serve.
